FEES, RENEWAL & TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP (Full members)
A. Initial Membership/Subscription Term & Renewal:
One-Year Full Members Subscription: Initial annual Full Membership subscription effective date will begin the date member completes the online or phone membership process and receives confirmation via a letter or email, which will include the members user name and password, from Innergolfcaoch.com. (Same applies to initial memberships given “free” as part of any IGC promotion). The membership term is for one year (365 days) from the date member purchased (or was given free) Full IGC Membership.
The effective date of renewal membership will begin the same calendar day of your initial membership date. Each successive renewal period will be effective for another 365-day period.
B. Termination of Your Membership
Full IGC Members may terminate membership at any time prior to renewal date by contacting the Innergolfcoach.com website via email. No refunds of any renewal membership fees pro-rata or otherwise will be issued if member terminates membership prior to the renewal date.Innergolfcoach.com reserves the right to terminate your account without prior notice if you have violated any of our membership terms and conditions or fail to pay your then due membership fees.
MISCELLANEOUS
a. Innergolfcoach.com, Brian McGowan & MTC Services (Scotland) Ltd, reserves the right to withdraw or limit access to the Site and revise the Contents and the services and products described in this Site, including these Terms of Use, at any time. Innergolfcoach.com, Brian McGowan & MTC Services (Scotland) Ltd may amend or modify these Terms of Use or impose new conditions at any time upon sending a notice to membership one week prior to posting an updated Terms of Use agreement. Any use of the site by you after such update shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such amendments, modifications or new conditions.
b. These Conditions of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish Courts. You expressly consent to such jurisdiction.
d. These Terms of Use and Membership Agreement represent all of the agreements between you and Innergolfcoach.com, Brian McGowan & MTC Services (Scotland) Ltd regarding your use and access to the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use is deemed unenforceable, unlawful, void, or against public policy, that provisions shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms of Use, which shall remain valid and in full force and effect.
By purchasing and product, service or membership from Innergolfcoach.com, Brian McGowan & MTC Services (Scotland) Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read and agree with the agreement and terms of use described above.
